Hi guys! Long time no chit chat. I had a little bit of time sitting on the computer tonight, so I thought I'd share with you guys what I've been wearing on my nails the past month.
July has been another busy month for me, enjoying the, somewhat, decent weather we've been having here and just living it up! But, as always, I've still been finding time to take pictures of my nails and show you guys what I've been loving!
The first color I wore to kick off July was China Glaze's "Too Yacht Too Handle" which is kind of like a brighter version of Essie's Cabana. Love it!
For July 4th, this manicure wasn't as festive as it was last year, but I still added some sparkle and stripes and I think it turned out pretty nice :)
As you can tell, I've just been loving the bright, summery colors this July! There's no going wrong with neon pink and orange! I got these designs with scotch tape which I've shown in a YouTube video before.
This is my favorite combination yet, a coat of white polish, and then silver dots, using a dotting tool. They came out so awesome I think!
I found a holographic color by Layla in my collection the other night and thought, wow, I don't think I've ever used this. Which is probably a sign I have an issue, but, regardless, I decided to try it out and after a couple of coats, it was gorgeous, especially in the light!
But, because I'm never happy, I had to add some more holographic flair the next day, and again, I just used scotch tape to make these designs, if you want to call them that ;)
I have a love hate relationship with this color, it's China Glaze's Bottoms Up. Yes, it is absolutely gorgeous and bright, BUT, it chipped on me almost instantly. Which always bums me out about neon's, so I always find myself buying neon pinks, hoping someday, I'll find the perfect non-chipping color. Still crossing my fingers ;)
I was just playing around with my polish the other night and came up with this manicure. Neon orange and gold glitter on my accent nail! I thought it was pretty fun and I'm in love with the orange polish.
And lastly, we have this fun leopard manicure. I've never tried the leopard look before, but I think for my first try, they came out alright!
Well, thanks for checking out my nails for the month of July! I hope you guys had an amazing month and are ready for August to begin!
